The amount of the referral or co-counsel arrangement, also known as a fee division agreement pursuant to Nevada Rule of Professional Conduct 1.5(e), is dependent on the circumstances of the case, and each case is determined on its own merits.  Even if you are uncertain whether a case has merit, contact our firm and let us make the determination.  We often uncover critical facts other firms may miss when evaluating a potential case.
